How will The Turkish Property Code affect my business?

The Turkish Property Code was created along with several large businesses currently operating in the Real Estate sector of Turkey. We have designed The Code so that it not only sets out good practices for your company, but will actually help to increase your business levels.

Companies that sign up to The Code will benefit from The Turkish Property Code's Free Advice Service. This advice service invites customers to send us details regards to what type of property they are looking at and what area they feel would be best for them. If they are looking to sell or rent a property the same process applies.

Our staff will then look through the request and assess when the customer would like to visit Turkey to view and buy a property. Once the customer is ready to visit Turkey we will liaise with one of our participating companies, that is able to provide the service best suited for the customer, in order for that company to take them through the buying/selling/renting process.

This will mean that the customer you receive from The Turkish Property Code will be people ready to transact when they visit and you are not left footing the bill for a customer who was only at the very start of considering buying a home in Turkey.

Also through experience we have found that most customers will only complain once it is too late to do anything for them. The Turkish Property Code is with your customers through every stage of the transaction, most small worries will be relayed to us and answered before they grow into bigger problems. We will also help liaise with your company to help solve issues.

Are there any fees involved with joining The Code?

The yearly fee that is charged allows you the rights to use The Turkish Property Code Approved graphic on your website or other promotional material as well as entry into our Approved Company Database.
