What is The Turkish Property Code?
The Turkish Property Code is a set of standards that lays out exactly how you, as a customer, should be treated by a company that subscribes to the code. The code covers all aspects of Buying, Selling and Renting a Home in Turkey.
How can I be protected by The Code?
If you are currently involved in a transaction with a company that subscribes to the code you are already protected. If there is ever a problem and feel you are no longer able to resolve the problem personally, you may contact us and we will act as a 'Go between' until the issue is resolved.
We feel the best way to use The Code to its full advantage is to use our Advice Service. We will then be able to find out exactly what type of property you are looking for, exactly what area you want it in and then recommend a company we feel that will be able to help you best. You will also be able to contact us at any stage during your dealings with the company to ask for help and advice. This will take the worry out of buying a property completely.
Is the company you are dealing with not part of The Turkish Property Code? We may still be able to help. You will need to provide us with full details of your transaction with the company and details of how to contact them. We will contact the company and see if there is anything we can do to help you. With this service there is no guarantee the company will talk to us but we have years of experience behind us and more often than not problems are sorted quickly.
Do I have to pay anything for the advice you provide?
The simple answer is no. There are no charges or fees paid by the customer for any services that The Turkish Property Code provides. In order to maintain The Code there are set fees that are charged to our companies on a regular and non regular basis. These are strictly set fees and this helps us to remain completely independent.

- Providing full costing details and a break downs of costs involved (This includes any taxes payable and any foreseeable extra costs)
- Providing a timetable estimate (This includes details of when payments are required and an estimate of work completion)
- Answering questions quickly and truthfully
3. To Make Sure Your Personal Details are...
- Kept safe & secure
- Used for the purpose collected
- Deleted if requested
4. If Things Do Go Wrong...
- Act quickly to resolve the problem
- Work with the customer to find an acceptable solution
- Pay compensation if the customer has been financially disadvantaged

If The Code is broken?
If the company that you are dealing with is part of The Turkish Property Code but you feel they are breaking one of the commitments you will need to contact us so that we can resolve the matter.
