Complaints

I am unhappy with a company, when should I complain?

This is completely up to you. Here at The Turkish Property Code we encourage you to try to resolve problems with the company before passing it onto us. If you feel you have tried to do this or would prefare to deal with us directly please use our Free Advice Centre.

How do I make a complaint?

If you wish for us to offer support with a complaint you have with a registered company please use our Free Advice Centre. If the company does not comply with The Turkish Property Code you can still contact us but we may not be able to come to a resolution for you.

What will you do when I complain?

Once you submit your complaint we will contact you back within 24 hours to comfirm our action plan. This will normally involve collecting more specific information in regards to your complaint and then contacting the company involved. We will then send the resolution to you. If you are unhappy with the resolution you will then need to contact us back with more details.
