How Does the Free Advice Centre Work?
What can I use the Free Advice Centre for?
The Free Advice Centre can be used to submit 'support tickets' to The Turkish Property Code. A 'Support Ticket' is used to send us information in regards to the enquiry you have.
The Form

When you are submitting a 'Support Ticket' you will be required to give us your full Name and Email Address. You may also wish to provide us with your telephone number. All personal details that you provide to us will be kept safely and only used for the purpose of your 'Support Ticket'
Departments
- New Enquiry
- Use this department if you require advice in regards to buying/selling/renting a property in Turkey.
- Existing Enquiry
- Use this department if you have spoken to one of our representatives on a previous occasion and require to speak regards the same matter.
- Complaint
- Use this department if you would like to lodge a complaint against a company you are buying/selling/renting a house with.
Subject
Use this part of the form to write a small one line summary of your enquiry.
Message
This is where you will put the information in regards to the full details of your enquiry.
If you require advice in regards to buying/selling/renting a property please provide details of areas that interest you, any companies that you have already made contact and any other details you feel will help us to provide you with advice.
Priority
Use this setting to tell us how urgent your enquiry is.
- Low
- This is to be used if you are in the first stages of planning and don't require to be past onto a company to any time soon.
- Normal
- This is to be used if you are planning a trip to turkey (now or in the near future) and our ready to start speaking to a company now.
- High
- This is to be used if you are flying to turkey within 1-3 weeks and are looking to be put into contact with a company urgently.

The form has been submitted
Once your 'Support Ticket' has been submitted you will receive an automated confirmation email to tell you your message will be looked at and responded to within 24 hours. It will also provide you with a link to view the ticket.
If you need to submit any more information to us in regards to the same matter, you can simply reply to this email and it will be put onto your 'Support Ticket'.
Once a response has been made to your Ticket you will receive an email containing details of how to view the information. |
