What should I do if I have a complaint about a company?

If the company is a member of The Turkish Property Code you can submit the details into our Free Advice Centre and we will liaise with you until the problem is corrected. If the company you are dealing with is not a member of The Code we may still be able to help but there are no guarantees, use the Free Advice Centre to submit your problem.
